After three years as a state prosecutor, he established Epstein & Robbins in 1975. He has been practicing DUI and criminal defense ever since. Prior to joining Epstein & Robbins in 1998, Becky Barlow was an assistant public defender for more than four years. Susan Cohen joined the firm after seventeen years as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney in Florida and Virginia. Eugene Nichols served as an assistant public defender in Jacksonville, Florida, before becoming a member of the team at the law offices of Epstein & Robbins.
